Zenith Journey is a leadership development and coaching company born out of a dream - to contribute to a better world by helping increase leaders’ levels of consciousness, of personal wisdom, so that they can build more ethical, sustainable businesses for future generations. We facilitate programs and workshops which fuse the rigour of a scientific framework with inspiring and profound personal experiences. We draw on the latest research in neuroscience, applied positive psychology and leadership, applying these to valuable tools such as Appreciative Inquiry, open dialogue and Coaching. In addition, our Transformational Leadership Programs are embedded with an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved coach certification, honouring the paramount importance of Coaching as one of the most effective leadership tools for empowering people and growing an organisation. We offer in depth Transformational Leadership Programs (leadership journeys consisting of three, one week modules, held over a 5 month period), online programs, and bespoke corporate Workshops.
