Propagenix is engaged in the development and commercialization of superior products to support a wide range of applications in basic and translational biomedical research. Our vision is to enable the creation of new and more effective drugs, personalized diagnostics and cell therapies that will enhance human healthcare. Using our powerful enabling technologies for culturing and differentiating epithelial stem cells, we are developing physiologically relevant in vitro tissue models that mimic biologic functions of both normal and diseased organs without the need for animal models. We are currently developing in vitro models for the important barrier epithelia of airway, kidney, and gastrointestinal tissues. Cells lining the airway can be damaged or destroyed by infection, disease, or injury. We are developing novel life science tools to support researchers engaged in • studying respiratory pathogens such as coronaviruses, influenza, respiratory syncytial viruses, adenoviruses, etc. • using epithelial tissue models for assessing drug and toxicant effects on airway, skin, and renal cell health, • use of clinically-relevant in vitro tumor models for solid cancers, and • developing cell therapy for diseases of the airway and epidermis where cell production is a bottleneck. Our business model is to support biopharma, CROs, and consumer product companies in their discovery and product development programs related to epithelial cell biology. We welcome inquiries from scientists who are interested in working with us to generate improved epithelial tissue models to support their research and development eforts. We also are open to inquiries on research collaborations from basic scientists leading to new product designs, as well as beta testers for our tissue models.
