The Xtend System is created and powered by EVT Incentive Marketing, our purpose since 1985 has been to help our clients reward and recognise their channels and employees through Reward and Recognition Programs. We want to make giving and receiving recognition easy and we love watching the joy that this creates. Our goal is to Reward and Recognise 250,000 people by 2022. To achieve this, we needed to build a new way for companies to Reward and Recognise their employees. It needed to be a simple process, low cost and easy to run so that the want to run a program turns in to reality. And, ultimately brings joy to all those hard workers out there.
