Aircraft Lease Law Services PLLC (or AirLeaseLaw) provides commercial aircraft leasing companies legal advice regarding aircraft leasing transactions and the purchase and sale of leased aircraft. Brad Johnson is the sole staff member of AirLeaseLaw. Brad Johnson has been drafting, amending, transferring and otherwise dealing with the formation and administration of aircraft lease transactions on a full-time basis for over 30 years. As General Counsel at Boullioun Aviation Services for 15 years (1990 to 2005) and as both internal and external counsel to Aircastle Advisor for 13 years (2005 to 2018) Brad was responsible for maintaining each company’s pro forma lease documents and well as for document drafting, negotiating and closing many of each company’s lease transactions. And as a longtime employee of each company he had responsibility for dealing with the ongoing administration of those lease transactions.
