Agents buy sim cards ($5 per piece, one time charge) that travelers can rent to insert into their devices to use while in Israel. (We can arrange for the purchase of cellular devices if you’re interested.) Our basic plan includes unlimited talk in Israel and to the US and Canada, unlimited incoming calls, unlimited worldwide texting (exclusive!) and 3GB of data. More data and US numbers can be added. The basic plan wholesales at a great value, and gives you the option of having a markup of over 100%.; You only pay when the line is active. Such a plan retails for up to $6.99 per day. We have clear, simple, easy-to-use online portal where you enter the traveler information and travel dates. The software automatically activates and deactivates the line based on that information. You can use this portal to keep track of all information related to the sim card rental. We have a dedicated customer service staff that will assist your travelers with any questions or problem they may come across. Our customer service hours are from 9:00 am until midnight Israeli time Sunday through Thursday. After hours, customers can leave a message and can expect a callback in a reasonable timeframe. Sim cards for internet hotspots are available as well.
