My Butchers Block is committed to sourcing raw materials and labor locally. The business was established by Cape Town entrepreneur Lee Ginsberg in 2012 and is now a family run business supplying all the major retailers in South Africa with Butchers Blocks. We are passionate about growing the local economy and therefore only engage with local suppliers for materials.
