Newsela, an instructional content platform, leverages freelancer talent to develop engaging, student-centered, and culturally responsive K-12 resources that are accessible to students, regardless of age or reading level. They are journalists, writers, editors, and educators, to name a few. Some are content-matter experts, or have experience producing children’s content. All are united by their passion for improving the lives of teachers and students.
