Landmark Preservation LLC is a firm dedicated to the conservation and restoration of historic structures and sites that represent the fabric of the United States’ architectural heritage. Based in Savannah, Georgia, our team of historic preservationists have worked around the country on projects including significant public structures, museums, churches, monuments, residences, and archeological ruins. Landmark’s founders, Greg Jacobs and John Ecker, have been active in the preservation profession for more than 35 years combined. Their experiences cover a broad spectrum of preservation activities, making Landmark adept at successfully addressing the unique challenges that characterize historic structures. Landmark Preservation is unique in that it performs professional consulting, general contracting, and specialty trade services that concentrate solely in historic preservation. In the 5 years since Landmark’s incorporation, we have assessed and worked on over 250 projects.
