HiveRisk.co.uk works with law firms in relation to due diligence and regulatory aspects relating to law firm PII, merger & acquisition, crypto and tokenisation strategy, changing legal entity applications and new law firm start ups. This includes liaising with the regulator on the firm's behalf and project management. We provide law firms with advice & support in areas such as AML, data protection, regulatory codes of conduct, PII renewals and complaints handling and works with both SRA and CLC regulated firms.
