The original organizer was only available in an undated legal size format. Gary Parker, an avid user of the product, loved the product so much that he bought the company in 1983 and relocated it to Omaha, Nebraska. Over the next 15 years he expanded the line to include dated versions available in two additional sizes — Executive (8 ½’ x 11”) and Personal (6 ¾” x 8 ½”), plus a couple of leather covers and a handful of simple accessories to the product lineup. In 1997, Gary Parker put the company up for sale. Bill Crosson, a native of Southern California, who had moved to Omaha in 1992 for a corporate job, decided after 20 years in package goods marketing to “do something else." A local business broker arranged for the two to meet and a deal was finalized, with Bill taking over ownership January 1998.
