The ICARE Advisory Board engages in research and architects the conception of tools that empowers academicians, university leaders and the governments, provides comparative basis and high quality global intelligence to help promote higher education standards and encourages long-term strategies for social and economic development in the Indian Higher Education sector. Encourage self-evaluation, accountability, autonomy and innovation Provide Access to extensive global data and corresponding reports related to education to Universities Networking through groups and events held both online and in live environments. In addition to providing all its prestigious stakeholders with global intelligence, ICARE continues to identify challenges and trends that are facing the Indian Higher Education sector through its research and development activities. Based on the interactions with Honorable President Shri Pranab Mukherjee and Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on May 12th 2014 and June 17th 2014 respectively, ICARE spearheaded the ‘Indian Universities Ranking’ project, an initiative to put together the ‘Top 100 Universities of India’.
