Like a lot of good stories, our starts with a meeting over pizza and beer after a long day. Union Technologies was founded by a group of people wanting to take their experiences and knowledge and help small businesses in two areas that are at the center of most aspects of every company; Technology and Labor Relations. With our staff's decades of experience and knowledge in technology, and on both sides of the labor isle, our company is in a unique position to be the go to resource for businesses.  Our core values and guiding philosophy are that everyone needs a competent voice of experience and knowledge at times, and our goal is to be there to provide that for those in need. On our Labor/Personnel Relations Team, our team is stocked full of labor experts that have served on both sides of the labor isle. Union side chief officers, officers, stewards, mediators, negotiators, management side supervisors, administrators, ranking officers, and negotiators.
