Hide is the result of a collaboration between the owners of Hedonism Wines and Chef Ollie Dabbous. The restaurant opened in April 2018 to critical acclaim, less than six months after opening Hide was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2019 UK Michelin Guide. Hide is split over three floors, Hide Above offers diners tranquil views over Green Park and a light-filled dining room. The food is light, elegant and pure.
