GrayTonic® and Question the Drink® was founded in 2018 by Kari Schwear. Her passion began with bringing awareness to the gray areas in our lives, particularly unhealthy habits like drinking. In 2021, GrayTonic migrated to Executive Lifestyle coaching for high performers and business owners that are searching to escape mediocrity and complacency. Our clients are highly successful, checking all the boxes of success, expect for the few that matter most. They are searching for purpose, fulfillment, and to make their next 50 years of life their best 50 years. GrayTonic also specializes in workshops for high performance, profits and productivity in the workplace. Employee engagement is key, and with the changing times, this has never been more important than now. For leadership, this means adjusting quickly and going with the flow, or fighting the ‘new normal’ and struggling to turn a profit.
