At Cup of Kremi, we're most passionate about sharing years of expertise in wellness, storytelling and sustainability to better community and culture within the workplace. Kremi Arabadjieva is a Yoga & Meditation Instructor with over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Ayurveda. She is also a digital storyteller, and uses digital photography & creative writing to paint a visual and verbal representation of a brand, experience or insight. Kremi has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & minor in Communication Studies from the University of Florida. She moved to San Francisco after graduation, where she worked until her most recent move to Denver, Colorado. With an explorative spirit and heart, she has a diverse background and extensive experience in a multitude of professional spheres; Yoga & Meditation, Writing, Photography, People Operations, Sales, Advertising, Hospitality, Community Management, Sustainability, Event Planning & Experience Curation. Kremi’s past and current clientele ranges from corporate companies, such as Yelp, to smaller businesses, such as Atelier Crenn, CANOPY, Spacious and Accord. She also works with individuals to offer private Yoga and Meditation instruction, and gives back to the community by offering weekly free/donation-based live-streamed classes during this time of transition.
