Who we are: Inclusive for Women Inc. DBA Women of Toledo is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the Greater Toledo community that advocates for Diversity & Inclusion and Women Economic Empowerment. Our Mission: To Educate, Engage and Empower women & youth to keep moving forward. What do we do: The organization effectively offers meaningful, women-focused educational programs, advocacy forums, intergenerational leadership development, dialogues and coaching sessions, as well as mentoring and peer-networking services. How do we do it: The organization’s programs fall into three distinct categories: Educational Initiatives, Women’s Connection, and HerHub Initiatives. Goals & Objectives: • To empower using intergenerational leadership mentoring and professional development. • To advocate for women & girls to use their voices, know their choices, and grow. • To collaborate to build a strong society of diversity and inclusion. • To promote economic sustainability by developing a connecting hub for women.
