Operation Melt provides content (books & blog), coaching (life, health, goals, leadership) and other resources to inspire project managers and other left-brained high-achievers to pursue and accomplish their biggest goals. “Operation Melt” started as a nickname. I had kicked off a weight loss journey. My goal was to break free from a lifetime of obesity and lose over 100 pounds in under a year. Plus, I decided to do things my way (no diets, no surgery, no giving things up). I used what I knew: project management and data. People started saying to me, “you are just melting away. How are you doing this?!” That’s when “Operation Melt” was born. I launched OperationMelt.com as a blog to tell my story as I pursued my goal. Not only did I achieve my goal, I wildly exceeded it! That’s when Operation Melt evolved into something bigger. I am building a world where no goal ever dies of loneliness.
