Women N Leadership is a non-profit initiative undertaken by motivated and dynamic individuals. The aim of the organization is to promote participation of women, LGBTQ+ communities and other minorities in public arenas. Women N Leadership also seeks to encourage diverse perspectives on the issues and problems faced by these social groups. The importance of such an initiative is realized when one delves into exploring the status of these minorities in society. They severely lack representation and their concerns are hardly ever given considerations in political, academic and administrative spheres.
