Our approach to sleep consultation is team oriented, data-driven and grounded in research. Our goal is to answer the question "why is your child not sleeping well", so we can develop a plan specific to your needs. We can help individuals over the age of 2. We also have extensive experience working with children with autism and sleep related challenges. Our experience has shown us that by asking the right questions, providing direct support to parents and individualizing plans to the child, we can give you the tools to achieve a healthy night sleep for everyone!
