PHS Community Services Society is a charitable non-profit that provides over 1500 units of supportive housing, a continuum of harm reduction, and overdose prevention in Vancouver and Victoria to those who are marginalized and underserved in society due to their forensic history, substance use, mental health, racial identity or housing status. Since 1991, we have remained steadfast in the mission of our original founders – compassionate dignified housing and services delivered without judgement. PHS nurtures the voice of community members with program development and peer supported initiatives; these roles are critical to our work and our ability to meet the needs of the people we serve.
