We use the most powerful referencing system available to gather meaningful information which we summarise to you so you don’t waste time interviewing candidates who, when they are reference checked, prove to be unsuitable. • When sending CVs to clients, most ‘agencies’ provide little or nothing in the way of meaningful information. When we shortlist candidates we provide full evaluation notes. We ensure that all candidates attending interview are thoroughly briefed so you only meet interested, skilled, capable candidates.
