Appetite for Excellence is a national program that aims to identify, develop and support the next generation of Australian culinary superstars. Our mission is to inspire and nurture young chefs, restaurateurs and waiters by providing once-in-a-lifetime experiences, educational opportunities and enviable prizes. The program culminates in the crowning of the Young Chef, Young Restaurateur and Young Waiter of the Year.
