That’s why, in 2008, we set up The Pera Foundation – to encourage enterprise and entrepreneurship in young people. The Pera Foundation promotes ‘youth enterprise’. Our aim is to give life-changing opportunities to individuals, especially those aged 14 – 30 and under-achieving for whatever reason. Our sponsorship of business challenges and qualifications has helped to raise the expectations of scores of young people. Through our mentoring initiatives, hundreds of youngsters have embraced the world of business with energy, enthusiasm and the kind of natural flair that will enable them to run successful enterprises in the future.
