Trinity Competitions serves the functional fitness community by giving athletes an experience unlike any other. We prepare people of all walks of life to face physical and mental challenges. We help our athletes train with a purpose by giving them a platform to express their fitness. We do this through live events and through working with CrossFit gyms throughout the country helping them host events to serve their community.
