DEBS is an employment support services for deaf/hard of hearing and blind job seekers. Support are provided to employers who employs those such individuals. DEBS are also aligned with the Career OneStop Centers and the Ticket to Work services. DEBS access the already available training services and materials by the successful and popular employment specialists translating those into American Sign Language format. DEBS also assist professional level employee who are seeking promotion, or enhanced job opportunities.
