Kiryoku is the collective name for the group of South East based Karate and combat sport dojo run by prominent international instructor - Sensei Paul Herbert 5th Dan. Although traditional Karate dojo with many principals of Japanese Karate, a contemporary and progressive approach is taken that incorporates reality based self defence, modern competition training and MMA. The clubs cater to a wide and varied range of people, offering extensive classes for all ages and abilities from the youngest beginner to the most senior instructor.
