Bolton Brothers
www.boltonbrothers.com.auBolton Brothers is a psychology company based in Adelaide that is committed to changing the face of male mental health. Our psychology practice in Kent Town provides a gendered approach to mental health services, with particular focus on male mental health. We use a solution-focused, practical and motivational working style to encourage individual strengths and improve well-being. We have experience collaborating with men to confront and overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, addictive behaviours, traumatic stress, anger and relationship difficulties. Bolton Brothers provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to businesses and organisations wanting to support the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce. An EAP is a confidential, short-term, solutions focussed counselling service, designed to help employees explore and implement strategies to address issues which may be having an impact on their wellbeing, productivity, and workplace performance. We provide public speaking services to schools, businesses, conferences, and special events to raise awareness around male mental health, suicide prevention and the importance of early intervention. Our keynote speaker is Nathan Bolton, a former Special Operations Engineer who deployed twice to Afghanistan as part of the Australian Special Forces. He shares his story for all to hear and by using his own experiences, he discusses the mistakes he made, the lessons he learnt and most importantly, he reminds us that in our darkest hour, when all hope seems lost, recovery is possible. Nathan Bolton sits on the SA Premier's Council on Suicide Prevention, Wellbeing SA Community Advisory Committee and is the State President of the Special Operations Engineers Regiment Welfare Association. For more information about what we've been up to, please check out our Facebook and Instagram: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/boltonbrothers Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bolton.brothers/
