Why We Started: As a Director of Diet and Nutrition who helped guide the nutrition strategies for over 50,000 clients, I noticed the biggest barrier to healthy eating was flavor and variety. People get bored of “diet” foods or lean on oil or unhealthy sauces for flavor. I saw this mirrored at home with my parents. I realized that the only way to help the average person reduce their caloric intake was by letting them have their cake and eat it too.
