Smart Ecosystem (SE) is a Retail Market Management System which will change the market behaviour. Centralised by a macro system called the Smart Retail System, the Smart Ecosystem manages inventories from the registration (by the Shop/store) to the checkout (by the shop/store’s customer: the shopper). With the Smart Store System, Store’s customer will be shopping without queuing, using Smart trolleys, customers will be automatically paying using their Mobile money/VISA/PAYPALL accounts. Customers will only be putting products needed in the Smart trolley then click the ‘let pay’ button (on the trolley screen) when ready to go. On the Other hand, the Shop management will be monitoring inventories and supplier via the Smart Store Manager (SSM), suppliers will be monitoring their sales using Smart Customer Manager (SCM) Application so that all smart stores easily receive inventories at time and promptly become aware of promotions and other campaign suggested by suppliers, other corporate business will also be included in the system via Smart Advertisements Manager (SAM) to promote their products directly to Shoppers or members of the ecosystem.
