Whilst recognising the power of technology to transform our lives, businesses and society, we focus on the people who develop those technologies, devise and utilise them and ultimately benefit from them. Ireland is already known as the data capital and the heart of ICT in Europe. By establishing an international community platform centralised in Ireland, our people-first mission brings together and supports the exceptional talent and promotes their endeavours in the tech sector worldwide. By addressing some of the major challenges faced by the professional community and employers in the tech sector we aim to provide practical solutions to those problems, creating an environment ideal for incubating the talent to supply and satisfy the ever increasing demand for critical skills in the global tech sector. Our vision is to mark Ireland as the global leader in tech talent by the year 2025.
