WHO WE ARE The Isle of Man landlords Association is a formal group of landlords Incorporated under a limited company for the benefit of tenants and landlords alike. Our members benefit from: legal advice Documentation Contract purchasing A wide knowledge base These benefits enhance the experience for their tenants whilst protecting our members. WE PROMOTE Equality and Inclusiveness We actively work with tenant associations and local government to ensure all stakeholders are represented. WAYS WE HELP We promote a common standard for all to follow, we encourage landlords within our association to provide the most suitable and safe accommodation for their tenants whilst protecting the landlords from ill-intent We hold the government accountable to work to our standards and ensure government tenants (The Island's largest landlord) enjoy the same protection and standards as private tenants. HOMELESS OUTREACH Helping The Community With some tenants unable to gain access to council housing or having been removed from such premises, some of our members pick up these tenants and prevent them from becoming homeless (the Island currently has no official homelss). LOW-INCOME FAMILY ACCOMMODATION Reinforcing our Commitment With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for assisting low-income families who cannot access home ownership or local authority housing.
