Founded by long-time friends Danielle Howson and Claire McCulloch, Common Mag started as a passion project to create and design an online magazine run by women and non-binary people for everyone to enjoy. Common Mag aims to be a place where people can be entertained, celebrate themselves, and to connect with other likeminded individuals. We’re here for our readers, written by people just like them. It is important for women to have a space where they can share their narratives; everything from the ups and downs of life, to their goals and beliefs, to their interests and opinions. No topic is off limits, no person is unwelcome.
