We are an independent, specialist, legal search firm founded by former lawyer, Somaya Ouazzani. We only recruit lawyers and only work with law firms. Our work has a specific focus on the senior end of the market and we intentionally operate within just a handful of legal sectors so as to bring the deepest market knowledge, specialism and insight to every client search and each candidate we represent. Our clients overwhelmingly instruct us on a retained basis and almost all of the candidates we represent are referred to us by former candidates and/or clients. Our work is built around the private wealth, disputes and media & entertainment sectors.
