With over 25 years of diverse, global and multi-industry experience under his belt, Scott Nowlan started The Saunus Network in 2017. With global and multi-industry experience and both a management consulting background and also over a decade of in-the-trenches strategic, operational and business leadership work, it was time to start something new and fresh in order to help businesses create their own sound perspective and a path to reaching their goals and achieving growth. As a business consultancy in the areas of strategic and operational planning, service strategy, performance measurement and multi-audience research, Scott wanted to try to do things a little different. Learning from experience in the business he has led and those who he has supported, it was clear that each business and each problem is unique in many ways and yet, the lessons learned from these successes and some failures made it clear that there are no linear paths in any organization and there is much to apply across companies. The Saunus Network aims to start a conversation; to focus on what business wishes to achieve and to help solve complex business problems in order to achieve goals, objectives and ultimately, growth. We want to be known as a strong facilitator of ideas, providing a common-sense approach to solving problems; experienced in strategy, planning, operations, and execution; with a strong network of others who can help make things happen.
