We then create customized solutions to help employees obtain the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. During the process we often develop the client’s internal staff so that they can maintain and replicate material while measuring application and effectiveness. EXAMPLE 1: Need: A client was frustrated because analysts were making mistakes when preparing customer documentation. Solution: Existing classroom training wasn’t sufficient because there was a long stretch of time between the classroom lesson and creating customer documentation. We created job aids and mini self-paced reinforcement lessons so analysts could easily access material closer to the time they needed it. EXAMPLE 2: Need: A client was concerned that numerous key leaders were going to retire over five years without sharing their valuable knowledge with others. Solution: We designed and implemented a knowledge transfer program comprised of a series of professionally-facilitated sessions between the knowledge transfer mentor and select staff and developed customized documentation. EXAMPLE 3: Need: A client was struggling to find a way to convert a workshop with a global audience into a sustainable learning that could be updated as regulations changed. Solution: We developed a series of microlearning videos with global subject matter experts. These videos were then clustered by main topic and placed on a new internal training resource website.
