Embodied Heart Wellness was born from a deep desire for authentic connection and growth, and from a passion to empower others to be active participants in the creation of their health. I believe in the healing power of unconditional presence and consider each meeting with a client an opportunity for deep listening, empathic connection, and collaborative growth. I blend knowledge and training in mindfulness and transpersonal/somatic psychology, with intuitive guidance and spiritual support. I challenge clients to connect with their innate wisdom, listen to their bodies, and fearlessly meet whatever is holding them back, so they find the clarity to evolve beyond it.
