Nancy is a professional food photographer known for having an exquisite eye for capturing the flavors and aromas of food through her images. Her distinctive style brings the viewers senses to life through color, texture and composition. Her passion and lifelong love of food and cooking gives her a unique eye in her photography work. Nancy’s mouth-watering images have graced the cover and the pages of West Fort Worth Lifestyle Magazine, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Eater, Zagat, Southern Living, USA Today, Where Women Cook, CultureMap, and numerous restaurant websites and an array of social media sites. Nancy is a Food Columnist at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where she shares her own recipes under the name Chef Impersonator with tens of thousands of readers each month. She is the Official Food Photographer for the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, where she shoots 5 signature events annually. She has had the honor of serving as a celebrity judge at Fort Worth Texas Magazine’s Top Chef Competition, featuring many of the areas finest celebrity chefs. Her food blog, Chef Impersonator, was created in 2009, and showcases not only her recipes, but her food photography as well. She attended a casting call for a Food Network home cook competition show, where she showcased her Moroccan Chicken Tagine, and continues to wait patiently for her call-back. Nancy is well known for her passion for food, dining, cooking, entertaining and traveling. Nancy has 2 sons, Kevin and Michael. She and husband Ed have been married for 18 years, and are known for the annual pool volleyball party they’ve been hosting at their home for the past 15 years. Nancy loves yoga, Pilates, pizza, and sitting on her patio leafing through cooking magazines. Nancy will always choose a baked potato over a chocolate cake.
