Hinterland Wine Company is located in Prince Edward County, Ontario. We are producers of premium sparkling wine. Our winery opened in Spring 2010 and have since received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the public. Our estate vineyards in Prince Edward County are perfectly suited for making sparkling wine. Our grapes ripen in September allowing a gradual and full physiciological ripeness of the fruit but with low sugars and high acidity, which is perfect for sparkling wine production.
