UWP Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic civil and structural engineering consulting practice that provides multidisciplinary services to clients across South Africa and in several neighbouring countries. UWP Consulting was initially established in 1972 as a firm specialising in transportation engineering. We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2012 as a practice known not only for expertise in roads and transportation, but with equally strong credentials in water and sanitation, structures, management services, development engineering and mining. UWP has built a sound reputation as a well respected and dynamic firm with 245 employees in 13 offices in South Africa as well as 60 in our practices in Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana and Zimbabwe which are rapidly expanding to service the significant opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa. We have successfully completed projects in several African countries including Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Namibia.
