The Framing Construction Center has been established in 2004 by the group of specialists having proven track record in structural engineering and steel materials area since 1999. The Framing Construction Center Company’s principal business areas are as follows: delivery of the complete steel framed building with the use of conventional welded steel structures and cold-rolled galvanized sections (Z, C, U, omega, L-steel); building frame and building envelope design engineering; steel structures manufacture and erection; building envelope installation (application of various wall and roof cladding types). Availability of in-house engineering department on the KM and KMD sections drawings development provides short design period and consistent quality of construction project drawings and specifications. The production of welded steel structures carries package of the UkrSEPRO and ISO 9001 certificates on the series manufacturing of construction steel structures guaranteeing high quality of the load-bearing framework. Availability of in-house erection department and in-house construction equipment fleet provides the short erection period and optimum construction cost. The use of cold-rolled galvanized sections (steel S320) of in-house manufacture as load-bearing wall and roof girders allows building envelope weight reduction to the maximum practicable extent and provides its continuous service.
