The BSC is a non-profit organisation with a mission to foster education, compliance and research in the field of competition law and economics. It is organised under the auspices of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB). The BSC organises a high profile, specialised course (in English) leading to an advanced Master (LL.M.) in Competition Law and Economics. Home to the European Commission, meeting forum for national competition enforcers, seat of the European headquarters of major Belgian and foreign businesses, law firms and economic consultancies, Brussels ranks undeniably as one of the world’s major antitrust capitals. The BSC intends to capitalise on this vast wealth of competition knowledge to offer in Brussels a high-profile Master degree in EU competition law and economics. The LL.M. programme has been designed to meet in particular the needs of companies, their counsels and civil servants, faced with the increased complexity of the competition rules and the unprecedented economic challenges arising from its enforcement.
