The IRS targets gifted children and young people from low-income families, aiming offer them complementary education to awaken and develop talents that are overlooked in the society. So far, the institute has worked with over 30 municipal schools and charity institutions in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and approximately 33.000 children and young people have already benefited from the programs.
