Source AI at scale, innovate at scale. 58.3% of enterprise AI is sourced. Sourcing the right expertise is a make-or-break step to an AI project success. This is particularly difficult for two reasons: 1) AI is a blackbox technology, making it very hard to technically vet vendors and 2) AI is at a rapid pace of technological advancement, making it laborious to identify right vendors and technologies. That has dramatic consequences for the success of enterprise AI projects: 9 out of 10 AI projects don’t return profits, > 50% of AI budget is burned, and > 80% of potential value is not realized. We have built an AI sourcing platform, which technically vets AI vendors based on the tendering use case - the platform is basically a flywheel to continuously source relevant tech and talent.
