As part of her MSc, she conducted research into Impostor Syndrome/ Impostor Phenomenon in Management Consultants, looking at the triggers, coping strategies and how organisations can help their people. The insights from this research are also relevant for those in a variety of professional, internal consulting and delivery-based settings.
