At Brooks Coaching, Helen Brooks works with individuals and teams globally work to help them perform effectively and thrive. Services include individual and team coaching, together with workshops and seminars on a range of topics such as impostor syndrome, effective teams, wellbeing and resilience. As a management consultant for over 20 years, Helen worked with national and multinational clients across a wide range of industries on their most significant change initiatives. She combines a comprehensive understanding of the challenges, complexities and opportunities of professional working environments with strong knowledge of psychological theory and interventions from her psychology background, including an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. As part of her MSc, she conducted research into Impostor Syndrome/ Impostor Phenomenon in Management Consultants, looking at the triggers, coping strategies and how organisations can help their people. The insights from this research are also relevant for those in a variety of professional, internal consulting and delivery-based settings.
