Loeffel Steel operates as a steel service distribution and processing center including toll-processing work. The focus of the company includes prime, pre-painted and coated products. Products are sold as-is, slit or sheeted to customer specifications. Loeffel's main products are in coil or sheet format for their OEM customer accounts. Currently, Loeffel operates three facilities with a total of 70 employees. Loeffel Steel owns and operates a 48", 60" and 72" looping slitters, a 48" cut-to length line, and a 72" DBI multi-blanking rotary shear that is two-side surface critical.
