Creed convert existing properties and construct new build schemes delivering the highest quality of Specialised Supported Housing (SSH) to provide a home for life for vulnerable tenants with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities. Creed work closely with local authority commissioners to identify demand and deliver schemes where there is a sustainable need whilst also ensuring affordable and transparent rent levels are agreed with colleagues in Housing Benefit. Working with registered care providers, registered housing providers (housing associations) and charitable organisations, we aim to engage in long-term partnerships to the benefit of all stakeholders whilst having a key focus on the vulnerable tenants whose homes we are developing. We welcome approaches from interested partners who are wanting to develop new SSH schemes nationwide.
