RPC combines 22 years of process engineering experience with advanced statistical analysis tools that draws valuable process knowledge from historical process data. RPC's approach to process optimization focuses on team efforts that first identifies Key Production Indicators (KPI's), and builds a business case based on a performance analysis of the KPI's. If there is a strong potential Return On Investment (ROI), the team then proposes and confirms what upstream process variables (PV's) are associated with the KPI's. This is followed by a variability analysis of the PV's, a plan to minimize variance in the PV's and finally a plan to move the PV's to optimal set-points. The results of this plan are minimization of the variability in the KPI's, and optimal performance of the process' KPI's.
