In fact, the number 3 represents our principals Leonard Lodder, Gene Bolante and “YOU.” Studio 3 Architecture is located in a loft office in downtown Salem, Oregon. The space stimulates the creativity of our staff and inspires clients to dream more. Our portfolio speaks for itself. A large variety of commercial, retail, religious, medical and public facilities show how we have taken a client’s vision and worked with our construction partners to build on it.
