This allows for more targeted actions to improve engagement. By using our three principles: Understand, Identify and Act, we help organisations understand how employees feel at work and what they experience. Then we use this information to identify the areas that require the greatest focus and pinpoint those areas that require action, working closely with the organisation to then carry out the actions and measure the impact. We understand every organisation is unique so our approach is tailored to each organisation. We also know that employees join organisations engaged, disengagement is what we do to people - it happens as a result of the experiences those people have at work. This is why a big part of our USP is our need to immerse ourselves in the culture of our clients, by using a scientific approach to analyse organisational data, to truly get to the heart of the issue, making sure any solution we provide will have real impact.
