Cleveland Tool & Design is a precision tool and die job shop. Dies, jigs, fixtures, automated equipment, and molds (compression) make up 90% of our sales. We have no production jobs and the cnc machinist program, set-up, and run each part. We presently have 3 Mazak QT lathes, 3 Mazak VTC machining centers, 2 Mits wire edm, 1 Mits sinker, 3 universal od/id grinders, 4 surface grinders, and standard manual support machines.
